We start the video with a professional bodybuilder who has won many titles. Watch as she flexes and see her back muscles explode with power. She lifts the swimmer and professional lifeguard with ease as her lean legs explode with power. We then continue to the main part of the video with a 5'4", 90 pound gymnast who is VERY petite, but is as strong as some fitness models twice her size. Don't let her size fool you, she is very stout and will amaze you with her strength. This video has car pushes by the 90 pounder, shoulder lifts, and leg presses. To our amazement, when we tested her, she actually took on a 220 pound man and scissors him so hard, he hurt for days. You can hear him groan in pain as she "neck scissors" him (her favorite hold which she says can snap a man's head in two) and time and time again gets the best of him. She even gets him in a neck lock that had him hurting so much that he had the camera stopped several times to so he could re-coup.
